Ok so i want to run a dual battery system in my styleside ute. I dont want to take up and of my tub space, so i can ute-ilise it for fridges and motorbikes. i've been thinking of making a box and bolting it up somewhere under the side of the ute. But i also noticed that the parcel shelf in the back of the cabin appears to be hollow. i cant see anything that would be in there and i thought maybe i could cut a hole in the top and mount a battery or two in there.
Anyone able to advise me on the parcel shelf before ruining my ute?
