Hi Guys,
I have a 2004 BA Falcon sedan whose rear right door won't lock. Doing some research suggested the actuator was probably broken but I have opened that up and the cog is fine. The motor is also working. When I lock the driver door I can definitely hear the actuator moving on the rear door, but once I pull the handle it opens. Has anyone else seen this? Is the actuator still the problem or could it be something else? |

Did you actually remove the cog ? Sometimes they look fine but broken in perfect spot.
Otherwise check all the rods are properly connected.
