any trick to hooking the glovebox strut back up after taking it off ? cleaned my fan filter today and quite happy with the results, just not happy with the glove box lol.

i have a book can't remember the brand and it mentions taking it off but when it comes to putting it back in it doesn't say anything hehe.

Or the proper way, if you can, is to remove the pin holding the strut in by sticking your hand up behind the dash and unclipping the pin and sliding it out. Put everything back in then slide the pin in...

Although I will say I've never been successful with that.
