i own a 07 bf wagon mkII XT is there anyway of changing the stereo cause my heater control is apart of my stereo?

what are the speaker sizes front and rear?

No, you will need one of these or similar.

The front Speaker Size are 5x7 but a 6" can fit with an MDF adapter. Not sure about the rear.

rears are 4" but i dont know how to remove em.

Just wire up an after market head deck where the tissue box holder is. Has been done plenty of times.
