Guys. Im sus that my blend door servo is stuffed.
How much are they, and can they be done without a complete Dash Pull???? Would love to know I can do it through the glove box hole, but that seems unlikely. Cheers Nigel |

As far as I know, the dash needs to come out. I think the heater box needs to come out too to get the bolts off the servo off. Pretty straight forward, but tedious. Blend door motor sits on top of the heater box IIRC.
Not sure on price. phong =P~

A thing to remember is that the first component on the assembly line for the E series would have to be the heater box and they assembled the car around that.
I think it can be done without removing the heater box but the dash must come out. Most CC conversions only install two of the three bolts that secure the bbracket to the box, this may give a hint to the problem in getting it out without removing the heater box.

Indeed the dash comes out to do this, i noticed this during my Fairmont conversion. No way possible at all with dash in.
I think i read on here somewhere that some guy got a motor from ford for around $70???
