you need to use LEDs if you want colours such as blue. If you have a blue filter with a normal globe, it will come up as a greeny colour rather then blue

Yes a teal colour will appear; same effect as using those coloured condoms. Just buy some Narva LED globes and chuck them in, its cheaper and easier for a similair result.

i went to K-mart and bought a red and blue folder that has those clear slips inside for putting papers in. then i took the tacho and speedo out and traced them onto the blue and then cut them out according to trace and holes etc and then also chopped out the exact size for the redline on the tacho and used the red with some ticky tape and then i also cut out where the seat belt dude is and the various other holes. the LED's i got were from a store here in perth called Motorquipe and they worked pretty well, i'd like to go brighter and also the led i used for my odo appears to have issues as it's now flickering as if the connection is loose so looks like i have a job tomorrow.
