I'm in the middle of doing the blue led conversion, but have a couple of questions.

1) I get that you have to unsolder the lights for the A/C unit, but how exactly does the A/C unit come out? I dont really wanna mess with things I dont know about...I've unplugged the two plugs in the back of it, but then theres another big yellow thing, what do i do with that?

2) After changing the lights on the back of the cluster, i put the cluster back in (everthing else ie boot release, door lock button, rear demist etc still disconnected) and all the lights like indicator and odo all worked, but the ones i changed dont. I put the original globes back in and still no love...am i missing something?

Any help would be great, I'd like to get my car back together and working by tomorrow arvo to get to work haha.

Thanks

i also have a quick q regarding led conversion for el falcon.. got all the bits and know how except for the lcd odo. and trip computer panels.. i take out the orange filters of course but can i use only the blue led's or do i need to put a blue or white (paper, perspex...??) filter in to make it work properly.. i'm hoping the led's alone will do the job, but thinking white paper filter??? just to be sure....

that means u didnt take the orange lense out , its white backed so when u look from the inside u will see white, the orange side sits against the lcd panel
