yes i know there probly a topic on this already but just wanna be sure
so i went on jaycar looking at car lighting and stumbled across these LEDs

theres 2 different types there theres T5 then theres T5 BB.5D
the T5 BB.5D ones are apparently for dashboards are these the ones we use for the LED conversion?
(this will help others when choosing there LEDs aswell)
