alright just got back in town from the mines this morring and put the rest of my dash back together after putting a fairmont loom in and now the boot lid button and horn do not work it is an ef gli

try checking that there all plugged in. At the dash and at the boot side of things. Its super easy to forget to plug every thing back when swaping looms over

is there away that i can check with out having to remove the dash to see if there all pulg in or do i have to unbolt it all again?

well the boot button is just the dash surround - only a few minutes to get out!!!

The boot release button comes out without removing any of the dash anyway lol!
Guess your bes tto check there, then the boot connection and if i rem. correctly thats near the drivers side boot strut up there; can get to it thru back seat or when boot is open. Mine came undone once and i didnt play with it; plugeed it back in n all was good.

Other than that you might have to trace it from the front (button) back (to boot) to find issue.
