Well i think i figured out why my battery was dropping volts so fast..I relaised today after moving the back seats forward that the boot light stays on all the time regardless of whether the boot is shut or not.

I only notice it after about 2 days of not starting here, but its hasn't gone flat yet..

so is there a sensor or something that triggers it to stay on?

There is a switch under the boot latch at the boot opening
