remove shifter surround, undo the nut, slide the washer off, smack off the old one, whack on the new one (being careful not to push the shifter bolt thingo out of place) then put the washer & bolt back on! :P

He usually is cuz we know he aint getitng none!

Tried that today that bolt was tighter then a 2 year old. Is it just brute strength to get it off?
