before you all bite my head off i have read the tech doco on this but im still stumped as to how to do this upgrade without swapping the heaterboxs over. also if you do haveto can you split the current box so the condensor and heatercore stay intact then slide the new box over them and reseal it.

it is possible to add the blend door motor and arm with the heater box in place as there are dimple holes where the screws should go. take it easy getting the old arm out though, as there is a risk of the top of the rod breaking which will mean heater box out. also the hold for the fan speed module needs to be cut larger.
