I've done it in my xr6.
There are 2 ways to do it . 1. Get all the parts for the airbox and wires and solder rivet the actuators etc to you Heater box. I can't go much into detail with this way as I Havnt done it and IMO its the hard way lol OR 2 get all the parts from a ghia of fairmont . Better off to get it from a ef fairmont . That way you have the black buttons on the module . What you'll need C/C module ( display ) Heater box Dash loom Sensors I think there's more but basically it's all plug and play . Swap over dash looms and heater box and plug it all together . You will have to take out your dash and heater box. It's a big job. Here's a link to a docco which will tell you everything u need . documents.php?d=8 IMO I wouldnt do it again , too much stuffing around Just for a button display and few extra controls . I had my dash out 3 times to get it working properly . First the blend door wasn't working so I had to give it a jump start with a battery. Then I didn't put the vacuum wires though the firewall . But after all that it's been great . Just need my air con regassed. Which is what you will have to do when you remove the airbox you loose all the gas .

This is how I did it too, but the advantage of swapping all the bits to your existing heater box is u get to keep your air con gas Gab |
