hey guys, i recently had my EF Fairmont serviced, and since then my heater works but aircon wont, i set the climate control to 16, or what the lowest is and it just blows hot air, if i put it on to manual with the aircon on it still blows hot air, it was working fine before i got the car serviced, and it was regassed on the 9/9/06, so i cant imagine its out of gas, is there anything that may have been upset when it got serviced? heater works, but no cooling at all, any commen problems? i reset the climate control but it didnt make any differance please help, is hot, and im melting lol thanks evryone

If you've reset the climate control and did the diagnostics and didn't and E2 error, then hopefully the blend door motor is OK.

I would check the green or black vaccum hose that goes to the heater tap is connected. It can be easily bumped off. The climate system applies vaccum to stop hot water going through.

If its there and working, the heater tap may have shat itself internally and simply needs to be replaced.
