all of a sudden, the air flowing out of the vents of my dash is really weak, even when the fan is running at full speed. I did a diagnostic test on the climate control and got no error codes. could it be that there is a vacume leak come where in my ventalation system?

Usually if there is a vac leak at the airbox, you will hear it in the cabin. Actually, quite a loud sshhhhh noise that is frickin annoying.
Also they manifest themselves more as a directional anomoly. ie the controls say face, but the air says windscreen which is generally the default setting. Sounds more like a worn out fan motor to me.

One of the air hoses may have a split, but its not a vacuum line for the controls.

come to think of it, virtually no air comes out of any of the outlets. Could be fan motor, but it sounds like its spinning quite fast. Where can i find the air hoses?

If you just had the dash out, maybe some of the duct work is not connected properly.
