Did you try to rotate the LED? Pull one out, rotate it, and put it back in.

what do you mean you broke them out?

LED's are polarity sensitive (they're a diode) so if they don't work turn them 180 degrees and try again...

Cheers,
Tim

well the original globes with the blue back/plastic were like soldered in so wen i tried to pull the globe out the just broke in the plastic holder so i cleaned out the inside of the plastic(broken globe) and yeah nnow all the ones i changed in the cluster and the digital clock dont work now.i've tried changing the led's around and nothing works :?

is there still terminals in the base or did you break them out too?

They are wedge fit... They simply push in... Not soldered... Very very slim chance you'd melt the plastic...

I'd be getting new bases sounds like they're ruined...

the blue bases and globes are soldered in like timmy said
are you using the t5 style led or are you soldering the led and resistor in?
i dont think pushing the t5 leds into the blue bases will work
go to the wreckers and grab some white or black based t5 globe holders from a falcon (globes are removeable) and try them,
i think it will solve your problem

There should be enough in the cluster that arent a one piece globe and holder for you to use... you just need to swap around with ones from other spots in the cluster.
