Done it a while ago but remove ash tray, remove radio surround, remove that big plastic which covers the steering and the buttons in the middle, remove the cluster, then change bulbs to what ever colour you want. I done my red.
Hopefully that is what you are talking about. There is a technical document explaining how to fit LED's to the cluster. http://www.fordmods.com/forums/documents.php?doc=1

Its pretty easy actually. First time will take you a while but after a few times you will be able to do it in ten or fifteen minutes. It's best to use screwdrivers with magnetic tips, just makes the job faster and easier.
1. Remove ash tray by sliding it out of it's cavity. 2. Remove the three screws that hold radio surround and remove surround. 3. Adjust steering wheel to it's lowest postion. 4. Remove 5 screws that surround the cluster. 5. Pry the dash facia off, it might take a bit as Ford used a bit of glue but it shouldn't be to hard to get off. 6. Disconnect all the electrical sockets, trip computer, electrical ariel, fuel door release, boot release etc. 7. Remove the four screws that hold the climate control/air conditioning unit and remove the unit (you may not have to remove this but I did so I have more accesibility when removing the cluster.) 8. Remove the 4 screws that hold the dash cluster in position, be careful not to slip and scratch the cluster perspex. 9. Carefully remove the cluster making sure you don't scrathc the cluster perspex as it is very sensitive to marking. 10. Disconnect the electrical connections from the dash, they can be pretty stiff sometimes so you might need to pry the edge a bit with a screwdriver. 12. Once you have the cluster out of the dash take it inside and sit on a table. 13. If your just changing he globes then you you can flip the cluster over and change the globes/ LEDS and your done. 14. If your changing the cluster you will have to remove the 4 screws at the back and unclip the perspex. 15. Remove the perspex. 16. Carefully remove the 4 or 6 needles by slowly twisting them in an anti-clockwise motion while slowly pulling upwards. 17. Remove original cluster and insert new one. 18. Now your done just reverse the process to install the cluster keeping in mind to be careful of the perspex and not to over tighten the screws to prevent you from chewing the thread out which will cause rattles. any problems just pm me or reply

The brand is NARVA, they come in a blue box, the sizes you need are T-10 wedge for the dash cluster, and T-5 wedge for climate control trip computer etc. You can buy them from most car joints, Bursons, Repco, etc and even Jaycar. Only costs a couple of bucks too and they just slide over the top of your existing globes. Easy!
