for a while the temp guage on my EB S-Pack cluster has been fluctuating and not showing the right temp. i have swapped over to another cluster and its doing the same thing. whats the problem? if its a temp sensor, where is it??

the temp sensor is just below the top radiator hose on the thermostat housing..
its the smaller one towards the rear of the housing on the eb ..
