I've seen pics of people changing the surround in the speedo, how do u do this?

if u take ure cluster apart u can paint the surround, silver looks good :)

any paint in the colour you want would be fine for that, as it will never be touched. i did mine silver, and it came up a treat, but then got sick of it and put it back to dark grey. that looked better with the blue leds i built up for my instruments anyway....

you can get the paint from all auto stores, ie, supercrap auto, autobarn etc.

Isnt there a doco on how to spray it?

Otherwise if you do interior bits as most is plastic and vinyl get vinyl or plastic paints and if your still bit warey on doing bigger things like that i suggest getting a helping hand from anotehr member whose already done it.

Make sure you clean what you do first, use plastic primer for plastics, your colour, then a clear gloss ontop of you want a nice finish.. light coats remember!
