Hey guys, I had to pull the dash out of my EF Falcon the other day to change the AC evaporator and the heater core, but as soon as I put it all back together and took it for a drive, I noticed at certain points the steering wheel grabbed? and not at the wheel it feels like the shaft I clamped to tight but only at a particular point in the turn??(Both left and right) I haven had an issue with the rack or pump, no leaks plenty of fluid and normal noises it feels like at a particular point someone grabs the shaft and makes it real hard to turn for a second.....
Any ideas I can go try?

when you had the dash out did you just let the steering column drop down??
sometimes to much of an angle on the lower column bearing can f**k it.. |
