sounds good to me.is there a plug avalible that will plug together with the plug that plugs into the cluster.if there is i could make(or get made)an adapter like the stereo ones.

or what if i broke one off the back of a povo cluster and solder the cut ghia harness to it then i could plug n play and even change back by just un pluging it. what do you rekon?

I just went to dixmith and bought 5 x 180Ohm 1/4 watt resistors (5 cents each), attached them to the ends of the doors and fuel cap wires then twisted the ends together and ground them...

I didn't exactly do the BEST job either... strip each wire, twist together, cover with electrical tape (what a mess) ... sucks azz when you get to the 20th wire then realise you got another 28 to go... :(

Worked fine... then my car wouldn't start so I couldn't drive around with my doors not flapping away!!! But it is soo good to stop those flapping doors!! lol

AU2LOW... you know about wiring, can you look at my post regarding the ALT. WARNING lamp (6 cyl. HELP!!! EA FALCON!!!)

If you find out how you reset the ODO please tell us all!.

Im surprised at you guys with the rewiring. Wouldnt it have been easier to rewire by swapping the pins in the plugs rather than re-doing it all???
