I ended up doing my speaker grills white to match the vinyl. only problem is i think there a sliggghhtly different shade of white..
but i think it looks good now.
tell me what u think

That looks really good, maybe you could do a decal (ford,tickford,xr) in the white to break it up a little. Perhaps even a black stripe or something if you get what i mean.

i think its a different shade of white too. Made its because ones on metal and the other is on vinal???

looks really good man

it looks a slightly different shade of white, coz of the texture of what you painted - the speaker grill isnt as flat as the door..
And the colour of the speaker behind shows thru more obviously too.

But it definatly still looks great tho

saw a great set of speaker grills when i was in the uk, the guy had made a Ford stencil and for his car a cosworth stencil and spryed the grill white and the steciled area the desired accent colourm in that case orange but it looked hot, thinking about doin the rear grilled in the ute with some nice blue xr logo's
