Started on the weekend, noticed that my door's won't lock remotely, only with the key. However they unlock fine key or remote.
I'm figuring electrical. Although when locked with the key, all doors lock happily - so thinking drivers door actuator or wiring (it's the only one with a key). Any other ideas? Before I start pulling apart my door. At least will give me reason to check a dodgy speaker connection.

does the luck button work when you press it with the doors open? (locks should go down the up again straight away)
but if no response what so ever, could be in the remote... d you have a 2nd remote you can use? or borrow one and prog it into it (i think instruction to prog is in docos)

Thanks, I didn't even think to check if the lock button works - it does.
Teh remote works (it's an aftermarket alarm), the alarm arms, and I get a beep back at the remote (as per normal). It's a 2-way paging alarm. Now to go check my wiring. Strange if one has failed I twist solder and tape all my connections. I don't have any smartlock remotes anymore.

Yeah, it sounds like the -ve trigger from your alarm to the lock line (yellow/black) is not happening. So I suppose either the line has a break, or the relay in the alarm box is playing up.
If the BEM is still connected up to the central locking, you'll most likely find a smartlock keyfob will lock/unlock as per normal.
