Hi Guys,
I recently just had a ICC conversion completed in my BA XT. However I havent had a chance to use the air con because it has been so cold but from what I can see it is operating fine. However with the heat side of things its s**t. I have had it set to 30 degrees and it does stuff all. My old icc was perfect best air con and heater ever. What could the problem be? and how much would it be to fix? Thanks in advance |

Hey mate, when you say conversion what do you mean? I have a dual zone ICC in my ute and it works the same as the original single zone unit did.
Bit more info on what you've done might help. ie. did you you do a full dual zone set up or just icc swap? Cheers Paul. |

I really can’t help much sorry, I didn’t do a full conversion, I just did an ICC swap and had the dual zone made to think it was a single zone… But good luck, surely someone on here would know. Cheers Paul. |

Yeah I am not too sure. Everything else is working fine. besides the cd player is faulty but I am getting that fixed and thats got nothing to do with the tempreature.
So yeah any ideas or suggestions would be great? |

I do know my bf with dual zone the heater won't blow air until it knows the engine has warmed up. once it does it gets so hot I've never had to set it above 26'
Mayhaps something to do with that?

Yeah at first I thought it might be that, however mine does not blow any hot air even after driving for 1hr. And I have had my temp set to 30 degrees and it does stuff all |

What is your external temp guage saying, is it reading anything?

did you get the HIM reprogrammed to dual zone.
Do you have heating on the LH side of the car? |

My external guage is reading the correct temp from what I know.
And even the LH side of the car is the same. So its got me stumped |

Just a quick update guys, I got my ICC changed over to another unit today, to see if it made any difference, however its still the same.
Just wondering for all those out there with dual ICC units, how long do your take before the car warms up? |

And I know they have done a few of these conversions in the past so I am more than confident that they did the programming for this. If not how would I find out? |

I'd start by taking it back and telling them it doesn't work and get them to figure it out... Mine blows hot air almost instantly. But once again mines a little bit different... |
