The fronts will fir just fine, the rears are a bit different because the LTD would have a longer wheelbase.
Apparently people have made them fit many times, usually without too much trouble. I'm sure someone who has done this will be able to give more details.

yeah i did this 3 years ago to a ed fairmont before i went to the darkside
dont worry im back in a for now i did everything you are doing ltd seats door trims dash full ltd interior dash fits but depending on if your has climate control may be hard with all vac lines getting right new heater box There is 2 mounting brackets that need to be moved to bolt dash up. Depending weather yours is a v8 or i6 i had the v8 and to run the nf nl ltd dash you will need to change the engine wiring harnes to match the nf nl along side the ltd computer being that (correct me if im wrong) something like 34 pins on eb ed v8 to 36 pin of ef el v8 so dash wiring needs to match computer along side engine wiring needs to match You will need to weld the hand brake assembly to floor front & rear seats arent direct switch the front seats from memory 3 bolts line up one dosent could be wrong been awhile.... back seats go in beleive it or not but the ltd seat gets squashed as the door closes does close but squashes against the door trim i removed the c clips and trimed the foam down a inch or 2 and strected the leather further around to look stock door trims match straight up except you will need to shorten and bend the handle rod that attaches to the lock mechanism so it a few inches shorter so opens the door other than that all i can think of of the top of my head hope this helps and some one can add more and correct me as been along time I love the ea - ed look tuff as especially with later e series interior get the best of both worlds GOOD LUCK WITH HER |
