Is it common for these bastards to stop working?
Last night i was winding down my electric window and i closed the door (while winding) and it stopped .. then i pushed my window down a bit by hand and it stopped, so i hit the motor again and it went down as per normal.. its still doing that, seems like the middle of a cog died or something. Anyone had any trouble like this and can provide some info before i rip my door trim off (which is a PITA :\) thx.! |

Are you hearing any strange noises? If not it may be just a broken wire that is causing it to fail, and by moving/hitting the door it is making a connection. Can also be the switch has got dirty inside.

the motor in the door kept running.
The problem seems intermittent as i wound them up/down at lunch time today fine. *shrug* If it keeps doing it i guess i'll have to whip the trim off. |

meh trim is fun to take off
 iv taken all of my off so many times broken a couple of things when i first took em off though...
