Best to replace them all with aftermarket units - around $25-$35 per 4.
The jaycar units are mentioned often, but the kits you get off ebay are the same.
They're not hard to install, follow the doco and get the boys around for a slab or two to help.

Well Frase, they're all pretty much the same items. IIRC I found the jaycar ones were expensive, but check again so you know a benchmark on prices.
I bought 2 kits like this one: http://cgi.ebay.com.au/BRAND-NEW-CAR-CE ... dZViewItem
Cost me around $20-$25 incl postage.
If you can wait, throw a few bids in - you might pick something up for cheap: http://cars.search-desc.ebay.com.au/cen ... sofocusZbs

NP mate. Yeah, grab a ford one off Greg or the boys to tie you over.

I can guarantee you won't be disappointed if you fit aftermarkets eventually.

Well done Frase - good pickup.
If you do the wagon, let me know because I do have a couple of spare slave actuators. As you know most kits only have 4 actuators . . .
