Just wondering how hard is it to change my normal air con in my EF XR8 to climate control.... By the looks of it it is just a simple unplug one and plug in the other but i might be wrong..

It's is much more involved than that, in fact the whole dash needs to come out, also depending on how you do it you may need to remove the heater box as well.
Its a mod listed in the Technical documents if you want to research it.
