No its not the auctentors thingy.

When I smartlock teh car the lights flash and all the doors bar front passenger lock. I have to key lock the passenger door to get it to lock.

Why and how do I fix?

how do you know its not the actuator? sounds to me like the actuator's not getting any power to lock the door, hence you having to lock the door manually

Pull the door trim off and see if the actuator rod moves at all when you remote lock / unlock. If it does not move at all, then you know where your fault is.

either the actuator is ceased or there's no power to it.
if it's ceased, replace it.
if there's no power to it, you'll have to work out why.

my ed had a similarproblem - it wouldnt' lock.
i had to replace the door striker mechanism inside the door, because a plastic clip snapped.
