For all those who are going to attempt a trip computer install on EF/EL Falcons let me know if you want some instructions.

Thanks to Happy I have a copy of the Ford instructions for retro fitting trip computers to non trip computer equiped models ie GLi, Futura and XRs.

I'm getting some photocopies of it today and will mail to you.

That is all.

Edit:

Because of the amount of copies I post to everyone (I've done over 20 so far) I require people to make a donation to Fordmods.

Here is the link to do it http://www.fordmods.com/forums/donations.php?pageid=25
$5 is all it takes.

When you PM me your street address and the receipt number for the donation I will mail one out to you.

Thankyou.

No the original wont be lost. Handy little document makes the most sense out of all the instructions people have said about installing the trip computer.

The factory document to fit the trip computer is less confusing than the one found here.

i already got a trip computer ;)

it may well be spelt that way, but changing something slightly reduces the chances of being caught ;)

Australia copyright laws state you only have to change it by ten percent
