does your bottom legs sit under the parcel shelf fabric? i think i like the fact mine is screwed in place as it seems alot more secure

Mine squashes in between the carpet and the glass. I have had it in my car for over 12 months and have had no issue. It has even held up well with the sub pumping (while the rear view mirror has a tendancy to fall off the mount on the front windscreen).

Mine vibrates the grub screw loose - that is the only reason it falls off. the mount on the glass is fine. My mirror has not fell off in a while - enjoying the rumble of the V8 at the moment 8-)

That's the one that I have. They are decent quality. It will be an off-white colour

Well they're not made of plastic, as far as i know, they're coated steel which makes it fairly pricey.

As for the demister wires, the ebay ones to not have the cutout for them, but the clear the wires anyway. They only have the cutout for the eye-level light, as opposed to the other ones that I have seen that just have the lowest 2 horizontals missing. You do have a clearance between the venetian and the glass, so even if the venetian would go across the demister wires, they would sit in the clearance.

yeah mine are missing the lowest 2 horizontals but have the demister wire cutouts.
i would rather vice versa.
i got them off ebay ages ago, pretty sure it was a different seller to the one linked in this thread.
