Hi there !!
 Im new to the forum, and joined as i need your help with my GLI EF Falcon, I brought a fairmont trip computer and i wanted to change it over from the original clock, it plugs in fine, but i need to know how to set it up with the computer, i need to know the codes to get it going!  xxx Ta Guys ! & Gurls

i taught my daughter the basics so she wasnt helpless wish it had of worked, no matter, she can use a phone well enough!

i like the idea of a midnight black with twin hot pink narrow srtipes running from boot to bonnet or maybe 1 thick with a narrow running parrael either side  , what ever you do, let us see the results be interesting, dont you think?

You guys need to watch southpark more often to understand what my three steps above mean. The Underpants Gnomes episode.
Oh yeah, along with stupid things like 20" wheels on a taxi, remove those washer jet lights, it only makes people point and laugh. If they're blue or red, you can also get fined for impersonating an emergency vehicle. Good on ya for doing it yourself, thats the spirit. Just dont rice up a taxi, there are enough fools ricing up their slow buckets of crap already. Sleepers are the new trend, where your car looks like a stock standard bucket of turd but goes like a cut snake. |

20 inchers on my car .. nup would not afford it so no :-p And i dont mind seeing em on other ppls cars though.. But not on mine so much ... Washer Jet lights i like so they are staying on :-p allthough i appreciate yor oppinion It sucks they are illegal though the dimwits at autobarn said they where legal, as long as they where not red and facing fowards, ill go slaughter them at some stage. I mean they should know wht they are talking about and if they dont know they should ask their boss or etc ~

What makes you think their boss will know more? haha :p One more hint - Dont trust a salesperson, ever. If someone has a vested interest in shifting a product to you, do you honestly believe their opinion going to be unbiased and accurate? Its the same as the "which oil should I use" threads. Almost all opinions there are absolute rubbish. Who will own six identical cars for longer than 10 years, use one different oil in each car and drive each car identically to prove which oil is superior? I'm not saying dont mod your car (far from it), just dont do things that will get you into trouble with the police and the bad taste authorities :p |

Just remember. The nastier your car looks, the nastier Mr Plod is going to be to you. Make sur ethat all the work you do to your car is legal so when they do pull you over they cant defect you. I have found over the years Mr Plod really doesnt have a sense of humour so keep it legal and then you will have no problems.
Im with you though. I am a fan of the external look as well. Hence the reason I drive such an inconspicuous car.
