The door trims are very easy as mentioned above, all you will need to do is make an adaptor to reduce the hole down from a 6" to a 4", though I don't know why you would want to go for 4" speakers.....

Don't try and remove the grilles if you want to use them again....

i have kenwood 3 ways in the doors and parcel shelf, and i reckon they sound a little bit flat. in hindsight should have bought a set of components from a better brand.
