I brought a trip computer while ago but the buttons are really worn down espscially the reset button. What should i do about it? Can i buy some EL buttons for the trip computer? Could anyone suggest a place to order this part? Ford don't sell the buttons seperatly

Also, i'm about to install the Low coolant switch on my EL. How do i remove the stopper plug in the surge tank? Is it removalble because when i was reading the modification document, it stated that the backing plug must be removed. But, it seems that the backing plug is not there and that the there is just a solid piece of plastic which needs to be cut. Could someone reassure me of this?

with the trip computer, i'd say your best bet would be to get one that doesn't work, and pilfer the buttons off that - i cant see any other way you could get them.
