Ok i just purchased me a new xr6 steering wheel
for my ef and a clock spring...
any tips on installing these

and can some one please show me a picture of the steering wheel..
whats different from the gli one?

you'll need a torx bit t50 I think to remove your existing wheel take it off and put the new one one. Easy as... have you seen a gli one?

i have a gli wheel...
i havnt seen an xr6 one...

will everything match up fine..
thats dif?
are they the ones with the buttons on them?

yes they match up fine - no difference except the XR one is black, and in leather

no they dont come with the buttons - its just the wheel. doesn't come with the airbag cover or anything either. you keep your existing one. for the buttons, you need to have cruise control... which you dont have.

im more up for the stereo buttons things
im not sure if they come in falcons...
but the whole next track, volume .ect .ect

no - only AUII's and above i think. you can only intergrate if you have a compatable stereo. i.e. my mate has a pioneer HU, with a pioneer steering wheel remote.

frank has put an AUII stereo in his AUI, and the steering wheel controls dont work...
