is there a lock signal wire and an un lock signal wire??
i can un lock but not lock with the remote, the actuators and the door switches are fine and the dash switch wont lock doors either so im thinking its a broken wire, but since i can unlock there must be 2 and the lock wire is broken

but i dont know for sure
cheers chris

Well I'd suspect the lock relay not operating in the BEM, or the wire/connections between the BEM and the drivers door.
Earth a small lead, and use it to touch the back of the relevant connection on the BEM (the above link gives the info) - keep the main plug connected - you should be able to cycle the doors. You'll need to drop the BEM down to access.
