hey does anyone know or have done a console lid conversion from an ef el to eb i just want to change the lid will it fit is it hard

yeh i did it, just lined it up so it sat square and screwed it into the plastic



best pic i have. i also have an EF/L shifter. but to put that in i had to weld a bit of round steel to lengthen the rod so it'd actually disengage the ratchet

thats great i wasnt sure if they lined up on the box or a different shape
