yes but it would take a lot of butchering of wires. It would be easier to get an EF Fairmont dash loom. The dash loom should come as a part of the converison. arm79 has a EF Climate Control conversion IIRC

We want to do the following:

Front and rear seat change-over

Carpet and door trim change-over

Rear power window conversion

Auto climate, Fairmont gauges, trip computer

Install and MP3 radio in the dash

Fornt and rear seats: 1hr maximum. T50 bit will help.
Carpet and door trim swap: About 2hrs max.
Rear power window conversion: No idea
Auto climate: A weekend of hard work
Fairmont gauges: If you swap the EEPROM yourself about 15mins for that. If a TV store does it, its simple plug and play which is about 15mins. Remeber the oil thing needs to be changed over.
Trip computer: About 45mins
Install headunit: Depends how good you are with headunits and car audio.

OK - I have found a EF Fairmont dash loom and BEM.

I am after a trip computer now and that should be all.

However, there is one little problem.

The wires were snipped off for the trip computer and rear demister and antenna height switch, as well as the earth and radio cassette wires.

I can re-wire the earth and radio wires.

I need to know is it hard to re-conenct the trip computer and rear demister and antenna height wires?

Can I wire common colour wires together and then go wire by wire as there seem to be three blue and red wires, three brown wires and three black wires?

I dont to wire anything backwards.

I can temp wire each colour together and test the demister, antenna switch and trip computer last.

Some of these wires have silver rings identifiying them as 'different'.

so Yes and No. they MAY be the same or May not!
a multimeter should sort you out!

Well, it took 14 hours of work over two days, and one trip to the wreckers for parts, but the interior conversion is finished.
