hey all

just to get rid of rumours floating around, EL GT gearboots are still available! i went to lynford today & ordered myself one, and the parts guy confirmed there are a supply of them in melb - so all outside VIC will have to have them shipped over, but they're still around.

cheers

I did a quick search, but what is the part number for them? EBGT/ELGT are the same? (gear boot, not the knob, cause I think ELGT is woodgrain)

IIRC the gearboot is the fabric that hangs down off the manual gearknob. Covers the auto surround in an automatic car.

Does taht make sense?

These are still available, I picked one up today. It is not leather as expected, but it is black and @ $42 it is far better value than the grey one at $62. It should match my Grey and Black shifter knob perfectly.
