Its not hard at all remove the old electric regulators and bundle the wires and tape them up. get manual regulators rivet them in place and cut some holes in door trims and bolt on some winders a gut a new piece for where your power buttons are

i want to change them because i am sick of paying over $70 for the main console switch,,had to replace it two or so months ago and had to replace it again today..

If you keep going thru switches cause you use your windows a lot, perhaps try converting the circuit to use relays instead of the switches, and make the switches run the relays.

is it just the drivers switch that keeps burning out?
Have you disected the switch to determine the cause of the failure? Is it breaking mechanically, or are the points arcing from current draw?

mate, if you look at the bottom of the PCB of your power window switch, most likly one of the solder joins has gone dry, just re-solder them, easy.
I have done this to both my cars

its the drivers side and it will lower but not go back up,,all the contacts seemed ok and i cleaned it out,,meh,,s**t happens

i did have two,,but one went away never to be seen,,the one i've got now is waiting to see what the bloke i bought it can do..
