Hi,

Extreme newbie, first post ever.

Just passed my P's and have inherited an ED FALCON GLI Classic from the folks. LPG conversion which is great for me at the current price of fuel.

Have given a polish and a vacuum and during the course I discovered a bay in which I am sure housed a Trip computer or Clock or something along those lines in different models.

Decided to push it in and found a molex looking plug with 4 colourful wires plugged into the blank plastic frame.

Have taken some photo's to elaborate: (see below)

Just wondering if theres anything I could get a hold of to chuck in there without too much hassle, maybe even a plug and play thing that would work with the current wiring available.

Any Help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Should be a document in the modification documents section on what to do.

clock will plug straight in, trip comp requires wiring changes.
its worth sourcing EBII Or ED clock/trip comp as the buttons are black not silver and look better IMHO

your on LPG, so I wou;ldn
't stress to much with going for the trip computer as you'll find it won't be much use on the gas! jsut get a clock then it'll be plug and play, no point in going through the hassles when it won't work.

Done the clock conversion on my brother's EA s Pack - just plug in and push it into the slot. Converted a mate's EL wagon to a clock as well.

Trip computer good if you run LPG and have cruise control, but not good if you run LPG all the time.

I'll try and get a hold of a clock somewhere and plug it all in.

Thanks for the help!
