have a look near your brake booster/master cylinder. driver side. there should be a module just near it underneath on the left of it, with 1 cable coming out of it and also a big plug into it..

if its there, ur buttons might be missing on ur wheel.. otherwise if its not there, all you need is the buttons and the module itself

na had a look
nothing there but big plug
also no bolt at the butterfly connection or clutch or brake

must be a typo at ford

not even paint scrapes at the bolt holes

the ford dealer was very intrested also well that it was not there

he said something about thats not the xr8 steering wheel
but its a ford original wheel

marty

ahh damn, el xr8 wheel should be a black perforated leather steering wheel.

all you need to buy is set of cruise buttons, and the module itself.

module goes next to the master cylinder/brake booster as i said and bolts into those 3 holes from underneath. and connects to that big plug which probably has a end plug on it right now.

the cruise buttons u will need to take off your airbox (2x 10mm bolts each side of the wheel), screw in the button 2x philip head screws each side and connect the loom, put the airbag back on and your done. (oh and connect the module on the t/b)

but make sure u get a v8 cruise control, as their different in length on the line for the t/b control
