I've managed to get something sucked in to the re-circ flap when I've had re-circ air running... and now there is a ticking noise coming from the fan blower.

It sounds like there is a piece of paper, or plastic stick in there.... How do I open it up or take it out to get at the blower??

Possibly a leaf stuck in there,
Try this, switch fan on high, then change backwards and forwards from recirc to fresh several times.

Tried it... lol.

Its something small.... (smaller than a leaf) I'm sure its paper... Not too loud, but enough to be annoying.

Have you tried reaching up the recirc vent?

Yeah I tried sticking it on re-circ, and then sticking my hand in the hole, but I couldn't find the fan. Unless there is another way of opening it?

I hate to say this, but if its annoying you that much and everything else has failed, then you may have to remove the dash.
