ok heres how too do it, to take the whole trims out you need
the spear along the door handle pop that out, it is clipped in, but the clips are freaking fragile, i have broken a couple before, and there are some torx bit screws in there i dont remember the size of them, undo them, should be 3 iirc, and then on the outside oof door trim there is another torx one to undo, you should see it when you open the door, then after that they should pop off like the BA/BF if anyone wants to know how i know, i use to pull door trims off cars for a living with tint-a-car |

i would sugest doing it on a warm day or leave the car in the sun so it won,t make the clips brittle and break like they would if they are cold. The cover plate over the display is just cliped on two clips about an inch in from front (closest to windshield), ya tray just under your ICC just pulls out again more clips your center console facsia just lifts up start from the back with your glove box open it and look to see where it hooks onto wedge a flat blade screwdriver between and slowly pull back down then just lift the hinges off ( carefull when putting back on that top hook thing it can break easily don,t just slam it back up) if you have any other bits to query just ask hope this helps

Ha ha. There goes the warranty. Take it back to Ford man. Theyll know youve pulled it to bits when you rock up with a rattle/squeak/blue tooth not working.
