Love the blue dash mod. Looks awesome. I am envious of you blue dash modders.....Any pics of these blue footwell lamps, or just the footwell lit up????
Cheers.
Looks good, now get that exterior moving along.

Yep, certainly looks great :D.

All I can suggest is maybe an EF II/EL autoquad (PRND123 are all white) with a blue light.

The Central locking/fuel flap/boot release button lighting challenge is still open as far as I know . . . . . :?

hehe, hrm.. thats only because there is no globe IN the button.. would be easy enough to get another button and swap the caps (and midify pins to suit.. but where to put the power cord to light the button up? would be pretty easy i rekon ;)

How did you get the light evenly spreading, and not so directional??

I can't get the light even across the dash with leds!

yeah, i just used the narva globes! took about 30 mins and only cost like 20 dollars! (you can also do the clock with the narva globes.) doing the buttons for the climate control was very hard... (the picture makes it look the same blue, but it is actually quite different)

haha, woodgrain.. mmmm ;) mayybe ;)

Nah, this is a bit more difficult - that's probably why it hasn't been done. The button design is different to the light up ones - the main problem is that the button face thickness is the same as the rest of the button, so the picture is not see through - you could drill the face thinner from the inside, but you risk going right through, or the face caving in when pressed, because it's too thin. My idea is to somehow shine light downwards across the button face, but the button will need to be recessed in further.
