i feel for you mate, im going to be getting my seats, door trims, carpet back 2 days before AFD, but at least im not having to do a differnt model dash o.0 looks scary.

keep up the good work mate, will look mint when it done.

p.s. you planning on being finished for AFD?

tonight iv pulled some of the AU wiring out of the AU dash... all comes out pretty easy... some good news about the Passenger Airbag... the cover over the AU passenger airbag is a lot bigger than the BA but the physical size of the AU airbag is defiantly small enough to fit inside the BA whole... and the cover is just sewed to the top of the airbag so i can just swap covers...

oh yeah thats right!!!
coz my life revolves around helping everyone else
fair sure my car has a ton of work to do before afd

can anyone with a Manual B Series take off the Shifter Surround and take a photo of their gear stick... i think they come a little bent as mine looks a little to close to the dash...

Transferred All the Wires and connected everything... IT ALL WORKS :shock: :D :o :shock: :o :D
(with the s**t dash missing buttons and all...) i have just bolted up one side of the steering wheel and its only just not sitting center so ill have to make a bracket for that...

thanks to Tuf240/260 for txting me a pic of his Gear Stick... yeah the BA is seriously bent towards the back seats so looks like ill be getting a BA Gear Stick aswell...

Pics... look pretty much the same as before... have no sound system installed atm... Kenays starting to mod the ICC faceplate for me this weekend... Clusters just shoved in lol... passenger airbag is just shoved in aswell... but im happy :D

this pic is with it in reverse so you can see how close the shifter is to the icc...

well its getting ther after today i bondo'd the heater control and got them smooth.. but i might go over them again ...im a perfectionist..

well as i was saying bondo'd the heater control. and i finished welding up the stereo fascia
so tomorrow's job will be to weld up some holes uner the screen area and bondo the whole fascia and sand it all down....
pics will come
paint will come Wednesday after cam has been and inspected it to make sure he is happy.
