Hi

Put in nf fairlane seats in a ef fairmont and one of the bolsters has foam that's broken away a little and the plastic bits that the head rests go in are broken

Wanted to know if there's a way to get those out, how do you pull out those bits that the head rest clicks in.

Also how do you seperate the back metal from the metal base meaning seperate whole back from whole base on a front seat and will a passenger seat go on drivers side if you swap the seatbelt and bit that reclins it back.

Will a passenger back section fit a drivers base in a front seat

How would you repair the foam on the bolster and how do you get the cover fabric off the foam
