Hello people,I have a EL wagon and want to do the interior up.I have read in hear somewhere that the fairmont ghia interior wont fit in the wagon because it is longer than sedan adnd that I would have to go with the fairlane interior,is there any truth in this.Thanks.

It's just the upper part of the backseat that doesn't fit - but can with a bit of modification (and isn't that what Fordmods is all about?!)

fairlane interior would be easier to fit. as modding the brackets on the seat back is not easy.

isnt the rear seat backrest on wagons a totally different design to the sedans? (both swb and lwb)

Yeah my dad had an EL Fairmont wagon. Damn that thing was cumfy. Velour like ambers and really nice to sit, could drive for hours and not get a sore bum.
Looked good aswell, so maybe that is also something you could consider.
