Tedious job, can take a while if you haven't done it before. Need access to nuts on the firewall in the engine bay.

if you have the factory insulation crap still on the firewall ....... it's most likely under it :?

Hi, sorry to steal this thread, but I am in the middle of replacing my heater core, and I need to ask a question, but it is going to need a picture.

I have no idea how to post a picture on these pages. :oops:

Could someone please tell me, in baby steps, how to do it???

Hello I have a ford ba 2004 and when I turn the heater on it blows cold air I have been told the air mix shaft (heater shaft) has snapped I havethe part but have no idea how to replace it and labour would cost 800 to put a 70 dollar part in just wondering
If anyone is familiar with taking the dash out and could possibly do it I have 2 kids and being this weather need it fixed if anyone sround the melbourne area could do this I would be very grateful
