the drama i'm have at the moment is how to i fit all the fairmont air box component to the gli air box. i don't want to bleed the aircon nor coolant. the doco's dont say anything about this part

we had to bleed the a/c gas in Happy's when we did the conversion

only if you remove the heater box - I dunno if it is possible to retro fit it without removing it.

Doesn't work well as the heater boxes are slightly different and the blend door activator usually breaks when you try to remove/replace the motor :roll:
